Welcome to Jessica Rice Coaching and the Powerhouse Ecosystem.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our websites, programs, memberships, trainings, digital products, and services, including any communities or third-party platforms we use (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or purchasing any Service, you agree to these Terms and our Community Standards.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

2. Global Terms of Use

2.1 Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use our Services.

2.2 Payment & Billing

All purchases are processed through Stripe or PayPal via our CRM (GHL).
By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges until canceled or until the payment plan completes.

2.3 No Guarantees

We provide education, strategy, and community support.
We do not guarantee earnings, outcomes, client results, or business performance.

2.4 Third-Party Platforms

We host certain Services on Mighty Networks, GHL, Zoom, Calendly, Hello Audio, and related providers.
Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms and policies.

3. SMS Communications Terms

By providing your phone number on any website form or by texting one of our opt-in keywords, you consent to receive SMS messages from Jessica Rice Coaching (Rowan & Hazel, LLC).

Message frequency varies. Messages may include program updates, reminders, onboarding instructions, and support notifications.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
For assistance, reply HELP or email [email protected].

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
All SMS opt-ins require explicit action (form submission or keyword text).
Our SMS use follows CTIA and carrier compliance standards.

4. Program-Specific Terms: Refinery Collective Membership

By providing your phone number on any website form or by texting one of our opt-in keywords, you consent to receive SMS messages from Jessica Rice Coaching (Rowan & Hazel, LLC).

4.1 What You’re Purchasing

You are purchasing membership access to the Refinery Collective (“Membership”), including the features described at checkout. Features may evolve to equal or greater value during your term.

Powerhouse Parade (1 asset/mo)

ICONIQ Muse (Basic) prompts

Annual ($670 or 4×$179)

4.2 Billing, Renewals & Cancellations

Monthly renews every 30 days until canceled.
Annual (Pay in Full) is a 12-month term.
Annual (4-Pay) is a commitment to four monthly payments.
No prorated refunds.
Price changes apply at renewal with advance notice.

4.3 14-Day Heartbeat Guarantee

Within 14 days of purchase:

You must:

Attend one live session or watch a replay and post a takeaway; and
Post one Give and one Ask in the community.

If you complete those steps and still feel no momentum, email [email protected] with subject “Heartbeat Refund.”
After 14 days, all fees are non-refundable.

4.4 Access Rules & Community Standards

Your membership seat is individual and non-transferable.
You agree to our Community Standards (consent-based DMs, no cold pitching, confidentiality, kindness).
We may pause or terminate access for non-payment or standards violations (no refunds if terminated for cause).

4.5 Connection Concierge & Partners

Connection Concierge provides curated, double-opt-in introductions.
We do not guarantee clients, partnerships, revenue, or media outcomes.
Third-party “Powerhouse Partners” operate under their own agreements.

4.6 Powerhouse Parade

Monthly: one asset submission per billing cycle; 7-day Loom response.
Annual Priority: 72-hour response.
We may cap volume during peak seasons.

4.7 Intellectual Property

Our IP:
All content, materials, frameworks (including Brand Refinery™, Origin OS™), trainings, and resources remain our intellectual property.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license for your own use.

Your IP:
You retain ownership of content you create or upload.
You grant us a license to display it within the community and training replays.

4.8 Recordings & Participation

Live sessions may be recorded.
By participating on mic or camera, you consent to being included in replays.
You may keep your camera off if preferred.

5. Disclaimers

We do not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, mental health, or therapeutic advice.
Your decisions and results are solely your responsibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Chargebacks

If a payment is disputed, access may be paused until the issue is resolved.
Please contact us first — we aim to resolve issues promptly.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
The updated Effective Date will be posted at the top of the page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law.
Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Monterey County, California unless arbitration is otherwise required.
